Trish Carty is a Certified Nutritionist and Professional Chef. She is a Certified GAPS Practitioner and has specialized in gut healing protocols with foods and herbs.

Anna Wankel has a background as a Chef and a firefighter.
We decided to join forces to supply our community with these two essential healing foods, Broths and Fermented Foods.
